How long is my order covered by warranty?

The warranty period varies from product to product and also depending on your customer profile. For example, a product intended for professional use has a one-year warranty, while the same product for personal use has a two-year warranty.

My product is broken or has a defect. What should I do?

It's problematic, but we won't leave you hanging. Within 48 hours (after this period, we won't be able to assist you), send us a photo of the damaged item by email to the following address:

Can I return my order?

Certainly. You have a right of withdrawal if you change your mind. You have 14 days after receiving your order.

Do I have to pay anything to return my order?

Normally, yes, as unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of the return. If you return your order to us – in perfect condition – within 14 days, we will refund the total amount, minus the shipping costs of €5.99 excluding VAT, within the week following its reception.

In which countries do you deliver?

Our company delivers to five countries: Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Germany, and the Netherlands. If you want to place an order from a country other than these, you can send us an email to the following address: webmaster@bruyerre and we will try to find a solution.

What are your home delivery times?

We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Thanks to the track & trace code that you will receive by email when your package is shipped, you can track it throughout the journey until it reaches your door.

And if I prefer to pick up my order?

No problem. When choosing the delivery method, select "store pickup" and the store name. Once you receive a confirmation email that your order is ready, you can come to pick it up.


What are the authorized payment methods? You have several payment options to choose from:

Payments via bank transfer result in a longer processing time for the order. (1 to 2 additional days)
