You have just received your order and you wish to return one or more items included in the package? Here are the steps to follow.
What is my withdrawal period?
The delivered product is not suitable for you?
Your withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of receiving your order.
The product is damaged or there is an error in the received product?

What do I need to do to return the item(s)?
Before returning any merchandise, you must contact us and provide the reason for the return by email.
Returns not reported in advance will not be accepted.
Will I have to pay the return costs?
The product doesn't suit you?
In the case of returning an item that doesn't suit you, the costs to send the package back to us are at your expense.
The product is damaged or there is an error in the received product?
In the case of a damaged product or an error on our part, the return costs will be covered by us.
When will I be reimbursed?
Upon receiving and verifying the package, in perfect condition, we commit to refund the item or items within the week following its reception.
