Before delivering to you, the Bruyerre team carefully prepares your packages. This is why we use, among other things, bubble wrap, cardboard paper, and many other elements to ensure that the ordered goods arrive in perfect working/consumable condition.

Aware of societal challenges, Bruyerre mainly uses recycled cardboard to avoid unnecessary waste production.

Invoices are always included in the package, either under the shipping label or inside the box itself.

Is delivery free?

We offer several delivery methods. Some are free, and others are paid.

Indeed, you have the option to pick up your order for free during our regular business hours at one of our five stores located in Wallonia and Brussels.

Can I return my order?

Certainly. You have a right of withdrawal if you change your mind. You have 14 days after receiving your order.

Do I need to pay anything to return my order?

Normally, yes, as we unfortunately cannot cover the cost of the return. If you return your order – in perfect condition – within 14 days, we will refund the total amount within the week following its receipt.

If your order is already prepared for shipment or is in transit, we cannot cancel it anymore. You can refuse the product upon delivery so that it is returned to us, or you can accept the order and then return it.

Which countries do you deliver to?

Our company delivers to five countries: Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Germany, and the Netherlands. If you want to place an order from a country other than these, you can send us an email at the following address:, and we will try to find a solution.

What are your home delivery times?

We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. With the track & trace code that you will receive by email when your package is shipped, you can track it throughout the journey until it reaches your door. If it's in stock, the merchandise is prepared within 24 hours and then shipped. National delivery (Belgium) can be done in 24-48 hours (Monday to Friday). International delivery (France / Luxembourg / Germany / Netherlands) may take longer depending on the distance.

And if I prefer to pick up my order?

No problem. When choosing the delivery method, select "in-store pickup" and the name of the store. Once you receive a confirmation email that your order is ready, you can come and pick it up.
